SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Or UPS.
All orders are given a tracking number.
All orders over $100.00 require signature confirmation.
All orders must be shipped. We do not offer in store pick up! 

Shipping outside of the USA:
We're currently shipping within the USA/ USA Territories.

How long does it take for items to arrive:
All orders are prepared for shipping within one to two (24-48 hours) business days (Monday-Friday, Excluding Holidays) after you've placed the order.  When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information. All items that are Domestic are shipped via USPS/UPS. Your Item/Items will arrive within 3 to 7 Business days from shipped date. 

Sales Tax:
All orders shipped to CA are required to pay sales tax.

Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including custom orders, in-stock items, or pre-ordered merchandise. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
We take great care in packaging all items to minimize the risk of damage during shipping; however, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur once the product is in transit.
In the rare event that an error occurs on our end (such as receiving the wrong item, an out-of-stock situation, or any inventory discrepancy), we will promptly issue a refund and process a return. We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience. 

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory, occasional discrepancies may arise due to technological limitations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

FAQ:
We are not liable for any damages caused from the shipping service, while in transit. 

We carefully pack each item and have no control over how the postal service handle the packages. 

Collectibles are not guaranteed to be received with a "perfect box" or "perfect paint". Please note that collectibles may come with shelf wear, scratches, dents, marks, creases, cuts, bends, and/or imperfections. 

Please be aware of any sneakers we sell can include signs of aging when it comes to older pairs, including slight yellowing. Shoes should be worn at your own risk. Sneakers that are over 5 years old, when worn, may experience structural weakness and a lack of durability. Buy at your own risk!
